We do provide samples. For standard items, we offer a free sample, but you would need to cover the shipping costs. For customized products, there might be an additional charge depending on the complexity of the design. However, the sample cost can be refunded or deducted from your bulk order once it is placed.
We usually use a variety of shipping methods depending on your needs, including sea freight, air freight, and express delivery. For large orders, sea freight is the most cost-effective option. For smaller orders or urgent deliveries, we recommend air freight or express services like DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
Our standard terms of payment are 30% T/T in advance, and the remaining 70% balance before shipment. We also accept other payment methods, such as L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight for larger orders. If you have specific payment terms in mind, we are open to discussing and accommodating your needs.
